PROJECT SCOPE
What this project requires
CHANGE OF USE from Finance to Personal Improvement Service and First Time Tenant Finish Out. We will be framing walls inside adding electrical outlets adding some plumbing to make some showers as well as cold plunge/sauna rooms modifying the current mechanical systems to service all of our spaces. See drawings attached everything in the drawings is in the scope of work.
