AISD PROJECT - Addition of high-pile rack storage system to existing warehouse. Demolition of roof-mounted ventilation fans and skylights. Demolition of space-mounted unit heaters. Roofing repairs and new roof overlay. New gas piping to serve new HVAC equipment and heaters. Replacement of existing wet pipe fire sprinkler system with new ESFR sprinkler system in the high-pile storage area. Repair of sliding warehouse doors. Replacement of dock levelers. (Dry food)
