What this project requires

This project includes renovations to the hotel level 1 lobby/restaurant and hotel level 7 pool deck areas. Work will be split into phases to keep life safety systems for both areas of the renovation intact. Phase 1 - involves demolition of existing Perfect Strangers (restaurant) vestibule and bar services areas.
