Demolition of the Vacant Greyhound Bus Station and building overhang approximately 10124 sq. ft. (circa 1985). The building pad and foundation will also be demolished. 2025 128980 DA - Approved ***The building shall not be demolished until after the contractor has fulfilled the neighbor notification requirements outlined in Steps 5 & 6 of the Demolition webpage.***
